Your Business Profile can appear on Google Search and Google Maps when someone searches for your business or relevant services in their area. Where and how you appear in the results is decided by Google and is not guaranteed by Fitune.
Do people book directly from Google?
People discover your classes or events on your Google Business Profile and can tap Book to complete the booking and payment through Fitune.
What can I show on Google?
You choose which classes and events to sync from Fitune. Only the ones you select appear as services on your Business Profile.
Secret classes are never published, and new classes or events must be selected manually to appear.
Do bookings sync with Fitune?
Yes. Availability, payments and client access are managed from Fitune, just like every other booking at your fitness studio.
Can I see which clients came from Google?
Yes. Clients who book through this integration are saved in Fitune's CRM with Lead source: Reserve with Google.
Does Google charge a commission on bookings?
No. Google charges no commission for clients who come through Reserve with Google.
Can I connect several locations?
Yes. Each location connects separately with its own Google Business Profile, and you can choose which classes and events to show for each one.
Can I connect a virtual location?
No. The integration currently supports physical locations only.
How long until the Book button appears?
After you connect a location and select your classes or events, our technical team validates the integration. Changes can take up to 24 hours to show on Google.
What happens if I disconnect a class or a location?
The change can take up to 24 hours to show on Google. If you disconnect a location, the Book button stops showing and future bookings made through Reserve with Google are cancelled; Google notifies the clients.
