How to sell your fitness videos in 2022

Thanks to the pandemic, video on demand became more popular than it ever was. That’s why so many fitness professionals jumped on the opportunity and you should too! VOD doesn’t only benefit the creator, but also the client who now can access the content whenever and wherever they need to.

If you’re planning to start selling your videos or would like to improve the way you do it, you’ve come to the right place. We will show you just how easy it is:

01 Make a plan

It’s important to have a clear idea of what type of content you will be doing and how often you will publish it. This depends on different factors, for example:

  • The type of workouts you do. Depending on the complexity of your workouts you may need to make longer or shorter videos.
  • The type of clients you have. If they’re beginners you may have to dedicate an entire video section in your library for them to get started and then move to an intermediate level and so on.
  • Your payment structure. We will discuss this later as well, but if your clients pay for a monthly membership, then they may expect between 2 to 4 videos per month, while if it’s a weekly membership then 1 or 2 per week.

02 Record your videos
