Transitioning to Fitune takes just a few minutes

When we think about switching services, the first thing that usually comes to mind is all the work needed, and worrying about the learning curve of the new software; that’s why we usually get stuck with the same provider.

However, you would be surprised to learn that it’s actually very simple to transition not just for you but your clients as well.  We actually guide you throughout the process to make sure that the transition is as smooth as it can be.


The most important thing you need to know is that you don’t need to start from scratch. Fitune lets you import data from your old system.

We understand that clients also need a painless transition, which is why we create their credentials for them. All we need is their name and email.

We first click on “Invite Members”.

You can invite one by one (but it wouldn’t be very efficient) so we have a way of inviting multiple clients at the same time by uploading a .CSV file. You can download a sample Excel file (.CSV file) which looks like this:

After you upload the excel file, your clients will receive an invitation to change their password and invite them to your storefront.

What will your customers see when they receive the invitation? They will receive an email with the information they need (earlier screenshot) to log in and a link to your storefront so they can start booking right away!


Once they have changed their password, they will be able to start booking individually (pay as you go) or select the membership or pack that best suits them.
